This week has been a very busy week for Jennifer Wray from the Ashton Real Estate Group!

She has been working with many new clients and finalized 3 accepted contracts this week. They were written for single family homes in Hendersonville, White House, and Antioch.

She has another busy week ahead as she will be meeting for the second time with clients looking to purchase a home in Franklin and a family relocating from Arizona excepting a position that starts in August. 

Looks like another busy week ahead for Jennifer as she is working with even more new clients she while doing VFD for the TAREG team.

Barbara B. Childs has a new client from Chicago looking in East Nashville and Hermitage!    

Old friends from Hendersonville continue to search homes in the famously beautiful lake community, and Barbara is a pro at penthouse searches downtown!  The favorite this week for a new client is Adelicia!  A Friendly couple from Wisconsin continues to keep Barbara on her toes looking for Bellevue home.    Four additional clients are under contract.  

Barbara has an assistant helping with paperwork and closings to assist with her growing business!  

In addition, Barbara learned first hand how valuable a good home insurance company is and has had new hardwood floors installed due to a small mishap in her Franklin townhome...  

Jared DeValk had another busy week in real estate.

On Wednesday, he showed properties to three clients in one day which resulted in two of his clients wanting to put an offer on the same property!

Jared has also added Leasing Agent and Property Manager to the many hats he wears in his business. Jared is also assisting a couple in Franklin find renters for their rental property.

Jared has an extremely full week next week as well. Way to go Jared!

"Stacy DeLima - has been busy these past couple weeks in real estate communicating with local buyers as well as buyers from Boston, St. Louis, California and Florida.

Stacy also signed up to be in rotation on Virtual Floor Duty so she will be able to chat live with buyers on www.NashvillesMLS.com.

Stacy is also showing properties in East Nashville, Bellevue, and Sylvan park this week and expecting a buyer from Australia later this month who will be looking at homes in Hendersonville and investment property in Music Row.

Things are heating up for Stacy and Nashville Real Estate!

Jonny had a great start to the month of May with 2 closings last week at Tennessee Title. One in East Nashville in the high 200,000's and another in South Nashville at $100,000. He has 4 more closings lined up in the next 2 weeks ranging in price from $145,000 - $520,000. Two are downtown penthouses in the Bennie Dillon and the other two are single family homes in Hendersonville.

This week he is listing a lot in the Fairvue Plantation golfing community priced at $150,000 and co-listing a home in LaurelBrooke in Franklin for $2,500,000.

The biggest news of the week is that his new listing in Brentwood for $320,000 went under contract within 48hrs of being on the market! These sellers are also set to close on a $925,000 home in Annandale in Brentwood

Laura Tanti of the Ashton Real Estate Group is proud to hand over the keys of 137 Cline Hendersonville to Mr & Mrs M Reed last Friday. In addition Laura had a nothe closing with Mr & Mrs Perkins who closed on their home Gallatin the week before. With the help of Armando SanMiquel of Brand Mortgage and Tennessee Title services, everything went very smoothly.

Laura  has two more closings this month, one $525,000 home in Sylvan Park sold to a young couple relocating from Houston. The second closing is a vaction home on Old Hickory Lake to a couple of DR.s from Indiana. 2012 is off to a very good start with #1 RE/MAX team in Tenneessee!!
