Mark listed a home in east Nashville this week for clients for clients hoping to buying a larger property in Antioch. Their existing property is a 2 bedroom, one bedroom single family home in close proximity to downtown Nashville and on the market at $120,000.

On Wednesday, Mark showed properties in the Bellevue and Brentwood to a client relocating to Nashville from Missouri in the middle of August. This client is looking for a 4 bedroom single family home with a contemporary style between $400,000 and $650,000.

Mark showed downtown condos to another client on Thursday looking for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment or condo in close proximity to downtown Nashville.

She has finalized an offer on a home in Middleton in Nashville which is scheduled to close the second week of July.  She has also been showing lots of condos in the very popular Gulch area of Nashville and just wrote an offer on a fabulous unit at the Terrazo.

Mark O'Connell of The Ashton Real estate Group of RE/MAX Elite spent this week reconnecting with old clients and introducing himself to new clients.

He showed properties to new clients near Antioch who are interested in getting a bigger home. They were looking for 2 to 3 bedroom properties between $100,000 – $120,000. Another set of clients viewed 2-3 bedroom condo’s in Hermitage between $130,000 –$185,000.

On Thursday, Mark spent the afternoon on Old Hickory Lake with the Ashton Real Estate Group and with a developer that the team will be working closely with. He has also arranging a meeting for next Wednesday for a client relocating from Missouri. He is looking for a single family home in Franklin or Brentwood in the $400,000 – $600,000.

Monica Veal of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has been busy showing property to first-time buyers. Got an offer accepted on a condo in West End and lsited a home at 2904 Polo Club Rd. in Horseshoe Bend. In the meantime she has had an inspection and is following up on new and existing leads.
