Larry McGowan of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX has had another busy week.  Monday and Tuesday were spent showing properties in trendy East Nashville to a family that just sold their home.  They looked at homes in the Inglewood and Eastland areas just under $200k. They found the perfect renovated home in Cleveland Park and made an offer on Friday.  

Wednesday he had a successful listing appointment right next door to a home he just sold. That home right off Charlotte Pike will hit the market on August 1st in the $150k range.

Thursday he spend the day following up with leads and getting ready for the weekend. 

Friday, Larry had a busy day, closing on one property in Horton Heights and writing an offer on another home in Cleveland

Jennifer Wray of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has been busy following up and corresponding with a new client that has just accepted a position in Nashville. She is helping them find short term rental while starting the search for their new home home in the Sumner County area.

She has showed some more property in Westhaven in Franklin TN this week and the buyer is getting closer to finding their next property to buy.

She had a closing Tuesday for a buyer in the White House area and two more scheduled for Monday and Tuesday in the Gallatin and Smyrna area.

Looks like this is going to be a great year for Jennifer since joing the #1 RE/MAX team in Tennessee!

Laura Tanti with the Ashton Real Estate Grof RE/MAX Elite oup is busy with buyers moving to East Nashville from Atlanta, it has been a challenge to find exactly what they are looking for but she thinks they have accomplished it and will be making an offer.

Laura has also been working with a young couple searching in Spring Hill, and a Dr. Relocating from Alabama to the Springhill area in the 400K range.

Mark O'Connell of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had viewings on Saturday for a client relocating from Maryland. These included two to three bedrooms downtown condos in the $250,000 - $400,000 range.

Monday was spent completing a home inspection and termite inspection for a home in Franklin.

Tuesday was spent viewing investment properties with an local investor with an offer being written and accepted on Wednesday. This is a 2 bedroom single family home in west Nashville and the purchase price is $75,000. A home inspection and termite inspection was completed on this property on Thursday.

Mark spent Friday with clients in the morning and the afternoon was spent  completing an electrical inspection and chimney inspection at the

Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had a very busy week with Nashville real estate listings and sales.

Tuesday he spent the day showing property to a first time home buyer moving here from Charlotte, NC area.  They looked at homes in the Lebanon and Mount Juliet areas around $150k.  She found several she likes and is considering them to make an offer on.  

Wednesday he showed property, to one of his clients that has their house listed with him that is under contract.  They are looking for their new home in the Gallatin/Bethpage/Castillian Springs area.  They are hopeful they will find the perfect home. He also did a new construction walk thru for one of his clients that will be closing next week on their new

John Gilbert of The Ashton Real Estate Group has had a busy and productive week in Nashville real estate.  John has been working with home inspections on a buyers purchase and getting everything wrapped up for it to go to closing.  John also had a TAREG client come to town from Houston.  The buyers had never been to the middle TN area so John took them around to different areas and developments to try to get them educated on the areas and pricing.  The second day of the buyers trip John showed them around 15 homes and the buyers fell in love with one home in particular.  John and his client spent a full day of negotiating with the builder of a new construction home yesterday.  Finally around 7pm Thursday evening John’s buyers had an accepted

Nick had a busy week.  It started last Sunday showing a client moving from Illinois home in the $300-400k price range.  They have been looking in Wilson and Sumner County.  They are looking for something with a pool so if you know of a great 4 bedroom with a pool, let Nick know.  

Monday Nick wrote 3 offers, one in Hendersonville around the $280k mark.  One in Madison at right at $95k, and the other on a Goodlettsville foreclosure right at $120k.  All of them turned into multiple offers or had contracts worked out right before they got theirs in.  Thankfully one had a back up and they moved to another foreclosure in Goodlettsville.  And by the end of the week they had an offer worked out on a Fannie Mae Homepath foreclosure for right at $120k.
