Larry McGowan of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a full week of seeling Nashville real estate. First he had a busy Monday, showing condos in West Nashville, writing an offer on a home in Hendersonville and a closing at Tennessee Title Services for first time home buyers taking advantage of THDA’s no money down loan program.

Tuesday he was contacting clients from all over the US and showing Green Hills condos in the $250k price range to his client transferring to Bridgestone’s corporate headquarters in Nashville.

Wednesday Larry was back at showing Brentwood and Franklin condos to his client from Indianapolis.

On Monday, Jared DeValk of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite qualified an Army Veteran for Wimbledon Properties, LLC's Lease Purchase Program. They will live in the property for a year in Columbia and we will build them a new home in Spring Hill.

On Tuesday, he negotiated landscaping contracts and ensured they received the best value. He also managed to take resale buyers out on top of his responsibilities to Wimbledon Properties, LLC. A busy week for Jonny Lee of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite.

He's been out showing property to multiple clients. Earlier in the week he was looking at acreage lots in Hendersonville upto $200,000 and met with some new clients from Chicago who are looking for a home on acreage upto $400,000. He was happy to share with them a pocket listing he has in Cross Plains TN that has approx 4500sqft, sits on 8 acres and has pristine views of the fields, woods and river. They are hoping to visit it in person on their return trip!

Friday he showed homes in the Hendersonville and Gallatin areas in the $100,000 - $150,000 range in the morning and later in the afternoon he was been showing horse property in the $600,000 - $1,050,000 between

Missy Davidson of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has been busy the past couple of weeks with the closings of homes with two sets of clients.  

Last week she  helped finalize a  purchase of a family for their new home in Bellevue and this week she has helped another family close on their home in Brentwood. Congratulations to both familes!  

She continues to show property all around Nashville with local and relocation buyers.

Jennifer Wray of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite ( TAREG) had a busy week in real estate!

She had a home inspection for her buyer's under contract in Brentwood. She showed properties to a buyer looking to purchase a home in Brentwood relocating from Alabama. She is working with a family relocating from Nebraska looking for a home in Murfreesboro and working with a family that just sold their house in Charlotte wanting to buy in Brentwood area near Sunset school zone.

Barbra Childs of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a week that started off with a closing for a client for Barbara's new Regent's SHANE POINT home!  She waited the four months to build her new condo off Nolensville Road.  

Next, Barbara was busy showing homes, mostly foreclosures, to a couple retiring in just a few months.  After a 48 hour break in Chicago, she came home to continue working on a closing for a Lebanon home next week, and a home in Franklin.

Monica Veal of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite started the week off with a bang by receiving two offers on her listing in Horseshoe Bend on Monday.  Her sellers decided which offer they wanted to work and by Monday night the offer was negotiated, accepted and signed by all parties! 

Tuesday, Monica showed homes in Murfreesboro to clients hoping to purchase by October just in time for a new home for Christmas!

Wednesday was spent cleaning up paperwork for her new contract and following up with clients who will be moving to Nashville in the near future.

Thursday she showed homes to an out of town client and finished up just in time to meet The Ashton Real Estate Group for a team happy hour at Chuy's!  A fun time was had by all!
