It's been a hectic week for Dean Williams of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite as the Nashville market is exploding!
He started things off with a bang by writing a contract Sunday night in the Del Webb Providence community in Mt. Juliet, after his clients had considered Franklin communities like Berry Farms and Tywater Crossing, as well as Canterbury in Thompson's Station.
He also met a new client who decided she'd had enough with rent payments and was ready to own her own home. After considering Wynbrook in Bellevue and the Villa's at Concord in Brentwood, she wrote a contract in Nashville's own Lenox Village.
He's been showing lots of property to a young couple who are first-time buyers and are taking advantage of the husband's VA

Marilyn Bell of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a busy week in real estate in Nashville TN.
She spent most of the week in Dave Ramsey's Counselor Training to better serve the needs of those who can't buy a home. Giving back has always been important to Marilyn. If you know anyone who needs help getting their financial house in order let Marilyn know.
She received the finalized contracts back for two new construction homes including a personal purchase at Whetstone in Brentwood. The homes should be completed in August.

Clients relocating from South California viewed a number of properties in Greenbrier, Lebanon, Franklin and Brentwood. These were a mixture of single family homes with 4 - 5 bedrooms and ranging between $250,000 - $500,000.
A new client just relocating from New Jersey completed his final inspection for his new home in Murfreesboro. This property is a three single family home which was purchased for just over $205,000. This property closed on 1/31/13 and this client is delighted with his new home.

had a very busy week. She has a farm under contract in Lynnville, the
heart of Equestrian Hunt Country in Middle TN.
LeAnne also got her listing in River Landing under contract within a month and set to
close Feb 28.
The upcoming week is busy as well with new clients from
Boston coming in, and a new listing in Temple Hills going live.

Mark O'Connell of The Ashton Real estate Group of RE/MAX Elite finally met a client whom he had been emailing for over 14 months. This client is considering relocating from the United Kingdom and returning to Tennessee where his wife is from. Mark arranged viewings for six single family homes in Brentwood and Franklin. These single family homes were located in prestigious subdivisions such as The Governors Club, Annandale and Westhaven and the price range was between $550,000 and $900,000.
Mark also met another long term client and showed her a number of townhomes in Traemore village in Nashville. These were 3 bedroom properties priced between $175,000 – $210,000 depending on type and upgrades. A home inspection was completed for a 3 bedroom

Jarrod Curcio of the Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a busy week in real estate.
He had a closing with two different first time buyers. One was a referral client that purchased his first home in Nashville and the other was a referral client that closed on a HUD home in Antioch.
Jarrod also had two listing appointments; one in Gallatin with a TAREG client and another with a repeat client in Cross Plains.
He also showed homes to an investor in Goodlettsville and should be making an offer on a few homes next week. He also worked out a contingency removal on his listing in Franklin and is looking forward to that closing in a few weeks.
Jarrod is also in the process of working out a referral contract with a TAREG
