Nick Petrocci of REMAX gets 2013 off to an amazing start selling homes

The last couple of weeks have been a crazy couple of weeks for Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real estate Group of RE/MAX. So far this year, Nick has worked out 8 contracts that will close this year, to add onto the 3 he had set up already. So far this year Nick has closed 1 and 10 more scheduled to close.
Nick started out finalizing a deal on one of his listings, that ended up getting multiple offers on it and his clients settled on the best offer that would work for their needs. He also negotiated an inspection repair list of one of his other listings, that is worked out and will be ready to close by the end of February.
He also closed on a condo in the Historic Bennie Dillon Building in Downtown Nashville. His clients are excited to move

Jennifer Wray of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had a great holiday and an even better start for the new year!
She has closed on two properties in late December and has two closings coming up this month in January.
She is working with multiple buyers looking to buy in the next couple months. A family looking in the Brentwood area and first time home buyer looking in Hendersonville area. She's working with a family looking for a lake home in the Hendersonville area and a buyer looking to purchase a condo in Madison.
She's really excited for a prosperous new year for 2013 with The Ashton Real Estate Group.

Who says there is a slow down during the holidays. Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has been very busy with negotiating contracts on 2 of his 3 listings and hoping to be negotiating one on the 3rdlisting here soon. It started Christmas Eve writing an contract with a client that will be building in Gallatin. They are under contract and getting ready to start making selections.
After Christmas, Nick received multiple offers on one of his listings and finally after receiving the highest and best offers, his client decided on an offer that will close by the end of January. They also had 2 others, that didn’t want to get involved in the bidding war, but also considered making an offer on the property.

2013 is looking like a very busy year for Laura Tanti of the Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite.
She had a closing today on a new construction in Ashland City with a young couple from Ohio.
Tomorrow (Saturday) she will meet with past clients in Gallatin to list their home on 5 acres and is showing property on Sunday.
January 2013 seems to be moving ahead with full steam!

John Gilbert has started 2013 working with a TAREG first time home buyer and has been showing homes this week and are scheduled to go back and re-visit the favorites tomorrow. John and his client hope to have it narrowed down tomorrow afternoon and write an offer on the chosen home.
When not showing property this week John has been very busy talking to potential clients from many different areas of the country that hope to call Nashville home in 2013.
The interest in moving to the middle TN area has always been very good and steady but John has noticed very quickly after the holidays that the level of interest in the Nashville real estate market is off to a remarkable start and better than ever.

Jarrod Curcio of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had an extremely busy start to the New Year. He received accepted offers on his listing in Franklin and LaVergne and wrote an offer on a HUD home with a referral client in Mt. Juliet that was accepted.
He also showed homes to an out of state TAREG client in Waverly and Pleasant Shade that will be writing an offer this weekend.
Jarrod also has a new listing getting ready to come on the market in Cross Plains and is showing homes to several new clients this weekend. Looks like it will be a busy 2013 for Jarrod and TAREG.
