Another busy week in Nashville real estate for Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX. 

This week he worked to get a condo closed in the Parks at Melrose for his client who just bought her first house.  She her mortgage was lower than what her rent was.  They cut it almost in half.  They closed on Thursday on her new condo.

Tuesday, Nick met with the very first client he met with when he joined the TAREG team, just over a year ago.  They wrote a contract on a new construction condo in Mount Juliet and is set to close at the end of February.  Nick has been following up with his client for a little over a year and it paid off.

 Wednesday, Nick met some new clients, a musician, looking to buy instead of renting.  They

Adrian Singleton of The Ashton Real Estate Group of Remax Elite has had a very busy and productive week selling Nashville real estate.  

After a lot of negotiating, she got a new contract accepted for her buyers in the West Nashville/Bellevue area. She also had a full inspection of that property completed this week as well.  

Adrian made an offer on a duplex in Nashville for another set of clients this week.  She was then out the door at 8 am showing a beautiful log cabin with 25 acres in the rural areas outside of Nashville, and made an offer for this couple on the property.    

Adrian finished off the week showing condominiums in Lenox Village to a new client, who brought a close friend with her who is also planning on purchasing a condo

Jennifer Wray of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite just got a new contract accepted for a buyer in the Nashville area. It is set close the end of December.

She has been busy showing properties to a family in Franklin and Brentwood area. She is also working with a buyer looking for new construction in the Smyrna area. In addition she is working with a first time home buyer looking in East Nashville area for their first home.

Ending the year strong looks very promising for Jennifer and TAREG

Mark O'Connell of THE ASHTON REAL ESTATE GROUP OF RE/MAX ELITE had another busy week. On Saturday, Mark met with a new client and showed her a number of three bedroom condos around the West End. These were around 3000 sq ft and between $550,000 - $600,000.

On Monday he met with the TAREG team for continuing training with the team.

Tuesday met with existing clients and showed a number of 3 bedroom single family homes between $180,000  - $ 230,000.

Wednesday was spent reconnecting with clients returning to the website.

On Thursday, Mark showed a investor client a number of foreclosures. These were a mixture of condos and single family homes ranging from $120,000 to $210,000.

Monday and Tuesday, Nick work on follow up with past clients.  He was able to get in contact with several clients, he hasn’t made contact with before or in a while.  Some are ready to purchase and some are still in the preliminary looking phase. 

Wednesday, Nick showed several houses to a new client, looking to buy a 2nd home closer to family in the Hendersonville area.  They are just beginning their search, but found a couple of possibilities. 

He was also able to enjoy some time with family that came in from out of town for the Thanksgiving weekend. 

This past week, Nick, also, has negotiated and SOLD his listing out in

Jarrod Curcio of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a busy Thanksgiving week in Nashville real estate.

He showed a foreclosure home to a repeat client in Smyrna as well as TAREG clients on Tim's Ford Lake in Winchester.

Jarrod has also just listed a beautiful and completely renovated home in Franklin just minutes from Cool Springs. It's a rare move in ready home in Franklin TN under 175k so don't wait on it!  Another fabulous set of photographs as well taken by Kristy Blair.  

Jarrod also wrote an offer with two other referral clients in Nashville and both were accepted. 

Busy times at TAREG!

LeAnne Constantine of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite spent the week with out of town buyers from Southern California, looking to relocate first of the year.  With a closing on Tuesday from the sale of her listing in Bellevue and new buyers from Chattanooga the first week of December it looks like a strong finish for the year.  

2013 Looks even better.  LeAnne plans to start January with two new listings and two anticipated closings for buyer clients. 

Missy Davidson of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had a busy month. The Nashville real estate market is still going strong. 

Missy finalized a closing last week in the Cool Springs East development in Franklin TN and this week has two more closings…a first time home buyer closing on a new construction town home in Hardison Hills in Franklin and couple relocating from out of state closing on a ranch home in Murfreesboro.

It seems that lots of buyers are wanting to finalize their purchase before the end of the year with the interest rates still being below 4%. A great time to buy real estate in Nashville TN!
