Laura Tanti of the Ashton Real Estate Team of RE/MAX Elite had a very productive week this week.

On Friday she had a double sided closing on a Lake home, submitted on offer on Saturday and another one on Sunday. Both where acccepted on Monday.

She has also been busy advising her new listing on some staging and should be putting up a sign by next Friday.

She also held a wine and Cheese Realtor open house Thursday afternoon at her listing on Poplar Creek Rd. But not all work and no play, she enjoyed the Limo ride and wine tasting offered by the Fabulous team of Tennessee Title, Ameris Bank  and Raymond, Preston and Reed on Friday afternoon and watched the Titans game Sunday at the site of the TARAG Team Tailgating RV .

This week was a steady week for Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite selling Nashville real estate.  He picked up a new investor looking for properties in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area and another client looking in Hendersonville/Goodlettsville. 

Tuesday, Nick was able to be part of a Progressive Realtor Open house for his listing at 135 E. Harbor in Hendersonville.  He got lots of good feedback on it from his fellow agents, and the out looks good for selling it soon!  After that, Nick went for a road trip out to Lascassas with his photographer, Kristy Blair, to take pictures of a new listing that hit the market Thursday.  This one is 10 acres of wooded tranquility.  Check it out 1263 St John, Lascassas, TN 37085.  It

Mark O'Connell of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had another busy weekin Nashville real estate. On Sunday he attended the Titans tailgating event at LP fields meeting new potential customers for the Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite.

On Monday he met with a new client relocating from California with her three grandchildren. These were looking at 4 bedrooms single family homes in Brentwood and Lebanon the $75,000 – $120,000 range.

On Tuesday Mark wrote an offer for a three bedroom single family home on behalf of an investor client. This property is in need of renovation but has great investment potential. if successful the client will renovate this property and resale it within a 6 month period.

John Gilbert of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite started out the first of the week showing homes in the Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro & Lebanon areas to a local first time buyer.  John’s client decided on a home in Lebanon that he has been negotiating on this week and finally got it under contract on Friday.  The buyer is very happy with the deal she got and cannot wait to close on her new home. 

The middle TN are real estate market seems to keep doing well.  John has a couple looking for a home in east Nashville and the nice one’s go under contract before John’s clients can get to them.  They continue to stay positive and ready to pounce on the right home.

Jennifer Wray of The Ashton Real estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had a busy week in real estate! She has shown properties to 3 sets of buyers looking to relocate. She is working with a couple relocating from California that just got an acceptance to their offer in West Meade. She is working with a family from Arkansas looking to purchase in the Sylvan Park / 12 South area. She is also working with woman looking to purchase a condo in Green Hills! She has been showing a family looking in Creekside Station Camp in Gallatin moving from North Dakota for new construction.

Jarrod Curcio of The Ashton Real Estate Group (TAREG) of RE/MAX Elite had another productive week in real estate.  He had a closing in Nashville with a referral client who purchased her first home after renting for almost 30 years!  He also had a closing on his listing in Smyrna which happened to close in less than 30 days from the time the sign went in the yard.  Jarrod also had 2 more closing this week with TAREG clients; one a relocation buyer from North Carolina who bought a beautiful home in Fairview and the other a 20 year old first time buyer in Gallatin! 

He also wrote another accepted offer with a TAREG client in Gallatin relocating from Texas and just put a new home on the market with a repeat client in Madison.

LeAnne Constantine of The Ashton Real Estate Group Realtor of RE/MAX Elite, is keeping things rolling thought the fall with a brand new listing under contract within 10 days and two new listings coming up next month. And the equestrian buyers just keep coming... Need some wonderful horse properties...

In addition to marketing listings and showing horse properties, LeAnne has been travel the southeast US touring SEC schools with her daughter Maddie.  She also squeezed in a trip to Napa Valley with husband and friends as well as coming to the TAREG Titans tailgate with a past client.

Busy times at TAREG!!!!

Monica Veal of The Ashton Real Estate of RE/MAX Elite has been busy showing property to a couple in the Bellevue and Westmeade areas.  Things are very busy in those areas as she ended up writing an offer and being in a multiple offer situation! Her clients opted out of that situation and are continuing to look for their perfect home.

She also spent three full days with buyers from Singapore who are looking to purchase in the Brentwood area and last week she closed a great condo in the West End area for some very patient buyers!  She's looking forward to a busy holiday season!
