He spent the week showing homes to several different TAREG clients in Nashville, LaVergne and Brentwood. He wrote an offer on a home in the Governor’s Club in Brentwood and received an acceptable offer on his listing in Ashland City in just 10 days on the market!
Jarrod also put 2 new listings on the market this week. A short sale in Pleasant View (great value at only 110K) and a 37 acre lot in Davidson County (Joelton) that is perfect for someone looking to custom build with a country setting but just 15 miles from downtown.
He capped off the week by having a closing in Portland with special thanks to Chris Mule at Tennessee Title Services and Kevin Ford/Ryan White of Raymond Preston & Reed for making the closing so seamless.
Jarrod plans on showing homes to a few TAREG clients this weekend followed by a trip with the family to the Wilson County Fair.
