John Gilbert of REMAX has been busy with closings and showings in Nashville TN

John’s listing in Mt. Juliet closed Wed for $289K and the buyers were so happy to get into a home with the space and nice sized lot to start their new family. John also closed out a local buyer this week on a great new construction home in Mt. Juliet with just about every criteria the buyer’s were looking for just under $440K. In between closings John has been showing condo’s in the West End / Green Hills area to a first time buyer that has narrowed down their search to two complexes and the buyer hopes to make a decision on which complex best fits her needs. John is also working with a first time buyer looking in Wilson and Rutherford county and hopes to have a deal sealed really soon as the inventory is plentiful for what she is in the market for. Middle TN is a great area to live, work, and raise a family. There is an abundant number of diverse affordable communities that will make a lifetime of wonderful memories for the most discriminating buyer.
