John Gilbert of REMAX has been working with first time home buyers in Nashville TN

John Gilbert of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has had another busy week in Nashville TN real estate. 

John has been working with previous inquiries as well as new one’s this week. John has referred 3 new clientss to  Armando SanMiguel with Ameris Bank to look into financing options for them. 

John spent the entire day Tuesday & Wednesday showing a first time buyer homes in Lebanon and Mt. Juliet.  The buyer has come across a couple of homes that have great potential however we are going back out Sunday to see 8 more homes. 

John really enjoys working with first time buyers as well as buyers that are new to the area, he will show you as many house’s as it takes to find the place his buyers feel like they can call home.  The market is moving at a steady pace and with the interest rates at an all time historical low,  John is always looking to assist more buyers and sellers to make their real estate transactions as easy and seamless as possible.
