Keith Waller of TAREG of RE/MAX Is listing and selling homes in Nashville TN

Keith Waller of the Ashton Real Estate Group has been busy working with a variety of clients. One client closes on their lake lot next week in Fairvue Plantation and he’s been coordinating meetings with custom builders to finalize their plans for their new home.

He had a first-time home buyer celebrate their 50th Birthday by closing on his new townhome with Tennessee Title. Two friends from northern Alabama just closed on their condos at the Viridian ($180,000) and the Enclave ($225,000).

Keith is in process of finalizing two listings for just over $900,000 – one home in the Whitland area off West End in Nashville and a condo listing at the Viridian for an out of state client.

Thanks to Armando SanMiguel at Ameris Bank, Keith’s clients that will be relocating from Long Island, New York received their commitment letter for their new Drees home in Autumn Creek in Hendersonville that’s set to close next month!
