Monday – Larry spent much of the day completing the paperwork for his clients under contract in East Nashville and setting up showing appointments for this week, for his client relocating from Indianapolis Indiana to the Green Hills area. She is looking for a condo in the $250k price range.

Tuesday – Larry spent much of his day touring LP Field and learning about TAREG’s new role as the Official Realtor of the Tennessee Titans!

Wednesday – Larry completed a listing presentation for clients who need to sell their home in the  Brookstone subdivision  in Mt Juliet. That home will hit the market on September 1^st @ $259,900.

Thursday – Larry spent the entire day following up on his buyers from all over the United States.

Friday – Did walk-thru with clients who are purchasing East Nashville renovation and helped first time home buyers tie up some administrative loose ends prior to their closing!

Saturday and Sunday – Larry was busy scheduling appointments for the upcoming week for clients moving from Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
