LeAnne Constantine of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite just finalized another offer this week for just under $400,000. She also has a closing for $800,000 coming up on Monday

With 4 closings in July and 2 in August, it is a HOT summer.  Working with new buyers next week.
