Nick Petrocci of REMAX Elite has sales lake homes and more!

Nick Petrocci has had a busy week showing property and finalizing a contract. The beginning of the week, he spent working and following up with leads. Wednesday he had his last group day, with Leadership Sumner. Nick has enjoyed the program and has seen a lot and enjoyed learning about parts of Sumner County that he would have never know. Thursday, Nick met up with some First Time Home Buyers, moving here from New Jersey. They toured parts of West End, Germantown, and East Nashville. Friday, he had a home inspection on a Lake House in Hendersonville that his clients have a contract on in Hendersonville on Old Hickory Lake. After the home inspection, he met with some of his other clients looking for a Lake House and looked at some more lake houses just under $425k mark. Saturday they called and decided they wanted to put an offer on one of the houses they looked at. By Sunday morning, his clients had their lake house offer worked out for right at $410k. His cleints are excited and ready to start enjoying the lake. It also made a great Father’s Day Present for Nick. He was also able to enjoy the day with his family. This is the THIRD Lake house Nick has SOLD this year. Being a boater on Old Hickory Lake has helped Nick assist his clients with is knowledge of the lake. Nick wanted to wish a HAPPY FATHER’S DAY to all the other Dads out there!
