Stacy Delima of REMAX is busier than ever selling homes in Nashville TN

Stacy DeLima of the The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has two out of state buyers coming to Nashville this week.  A client who is relocating from Texas for a job at Vanderbilt will be looking for Equestrian property, and a couple relocating from the midwest have decided they'd like to settle in the Mount Juliet area. Stacy is also in contact with a first time home buyer who just got approved for a THDA loan and is ready to start looking soon, and a local buyer who has decided it's time to look for their dream home on the lake. It's a hot summer in real estate for Stacy DeLima!
